Assessment Description: This assessment is part of the MeritFirst 2025 intern and new grad series of assessments! By completing this single assessment, you’ll be considered by multiple companies, no need to fill out repetitive applications or take the same test over and over. Our goal is simple: to understand how you think, how you learn, and where you’ll thrive. We’re not just testing syntax or memorization, we’re assessing your ability to reason through problems, communicate clearly, and demonstrate the kind of qualities that define great team members. You don’t need to have years of experience or a perfect GPA. We’re looking for promising builders, people who love solving problems and learning quickly. What to Expect: The assessment includes a mix of behavioral and role-specific questions where you’ll respond either verbally via audio/video recording, in writing, or through multiple choice. Recording starts right away but please feel free to pause and think before answering; this assessment values thoughtful, well-reasoned responses over speed.
